European Small Volume Car Manufacturers Alliance (ESCA) Appoint Vice President for 2026

We are honoured to welcome the new Vice President of the European Small Volume Car Manufacturers Alliance (ESCA), Simon Naughton, Legislation and Certification Director, Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, for 2026.

“It’s a great honour to represent ESCA and its members as the Vice-President this year, having been an active participant in the past. My career has been spent entirely in the field of global automotive legislation and homologation, so I look forward to putting 18 years’ worth of experience into the Vice-President position.

The leadership skills and experience I have acquired through running Homologation departments will help elevate ESCA, continuing the growth of influence outside of Europe and secure continued success in 2026.

Working alongside the President Alessandro, we can build on the great work ESCA has already achieved in being the voice for small volume manufacturers with the ever-increasing complexity of European and global legislation.

I look forward to the year ahead and representing members of ESCA, as we put forward the interests and uniqueness of small volume manufacturers.”
